Let’s be real for a second: Kingsman: The Secret Service was an extremely kick-ass film. I’ll fully admit that I did not read the graphic novel by Mark Millar before I saw the movie, so I had no idea what to expect. If you have not watched one of my favorite films from last year, all you need to know is that it’s basically a wonderful potpourri of Deadpool and James Bond. Set in London. With Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Mark Strong, Mark Hamill and Samuel L. Jackson.
Interest peaked? I’ll go on, despite revealing an important spoiler from the first film.
In Kingsman‘s first outing, we sadly saw Colin Firth’s character take a bullet point blank and subsequently die…or did we?
It turns out that we may not have seen the last of Harry Hart, Firth’s polished and intelligent mentor to Eggsy Unwin (Taron Egerton). Recent set photos have revealed Firth on the set for Kingsman: The Golden Circle, the sequel to last year’s breakout hit. Check out this Instagram pic from Game of Thrones’ Pedro Pascal, who is a new addition to the series:
How does Harry Hart return to the series when he’s somewhat undead? Listen to Screen Rant’s take on his resurrection here. And then get thee over to Amazon to order the first Kingsman. You won’t be disappointed.
